Not So Hot

Paris Hilton dodged the media for the most part today, when she checked herself in to the men's jail, instead of the women's facility as the press had hoped. The paparazzi was able to get a couple of shots of her as she was transported between the jails. She seemed prepared and calm. The included photo is the actual mugshot taken this morning at central booking. Not bad.

Paris made a surprise appearance at the MTV awards last night and during a interview proclaimed her fans would help her get through this difficult time. Lets just hope she has some fans in the poke.

I just wonder who Paris's lucky cellmate will be. As you can imagine, this will be like winning the lottery for which ever two-bit convict gets the nod. Between book deals and interviews, her roommate will be sure to clear at least a million plus. Now that's not a bad take.

How long do you think it will be before we see some jail close-circuit video on the net. On a jailers salary, I'm sure the 100's of thousands of dollars offered for this type video, will be enticing.

I give it two weeks, wanna bet...

Third One Is Not The Charm

I watched Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End last night, and I now wished I hadn't. All thought the special effects of course we nice, the plot was all over the place. When I go to the movies, I like to sit back and relax and let the myself go. The Pirates had me focusing and continuously wondering what the heck was going on. By the time it was over I had a headache.

I am not going to go into what the movie is about, because beyond the same basic plot as all the others, I don't know. I'm no movie critic, but I would advise waiting for DVD or the $1 movie venue. Unless of course you are a special effect aficionado. Then go see it on the big screen, but bring a Ipod so at least you can get some listening enjoyment.
